I think we have been to health & safety training that when we left we have wondered what it is about. Andy ensures that any training he carries out he is clear what the learning outcomes are at the end and tries to make the sessions as practical and interactive as possible.
At present Andy is a trainer who is registered through a couple of organisations to undertake all the UKATA training and also sets up bespoke training, in such things as managing/supervising a construction site, use of abrasive cutting blades, general safety awareness, work at height, tower scaffolds, manual handling.
His practical approach and relaxed style normally earn positive feedback from the participants after the training. To ensure you get value for money he undertakes the training on your premises provided you have a suitable facility, this ensures your operatives do not waste time traveling. It also means if you have any equipment you want your operatives trained on they can use the equipment they will use at work.
